Choice Spot for Goleta

After a thorough search through Goleta and unincorporated areas nearby I came up with this complex as a top pick. In 2005, there was a 2-3 month waiting list to get in a corner unit, and for understandable reasons. Location is the prime attraction here, though I'd say as a bonus that management is very responsible towards tenant needs, upkeep of the grounds, and unit maintenance. Calle Real Shopping Center is just behind the back wall, with some nice restaurants and Zodos bowling alley outside the center further along, a pool hall is around the corner, Walgreen's drug store being across the near street from my building, another shopping center not more than a half mile away, and Old Town Goleta not much farther away. Since it is in Goleta north, the construction is newer and less dense than some Old Town sections, with more open space in the neighborhood and no problems at all for parking. Building condition, layout, and landscaping are quite nice for basic apartment living. No major problems with services, and the minor fixes needed were attended to immediately and with professional conduct. Probably one of the best picks for the territory overall if Goleta is your spot, as it was for me due to job location.
