	The manager does not seem to know what's going on half the time. Things are not tidy, there are wild tenants (young kids drunk at all hours) and this is a no co signing building.

	For Santa Barbara these are acceptable apartments. They are old but have been well kept. Does not have A/C or washer/dryer hook-up. But if you know anything about SB weather, then you'll know you don't really need A/C, most people ... more

	The management staff is great and the property is well maintained. Plus it´s really close to shopping, you can walk to the store, bank or out to eat. It´s a very nice community.
