When I lived there it was managed by this middle aged couple. Not sure if they still manage it, but they were great. They were nice, polite, & pleasant. When I moved out there was this younger (i dunno thirties-ish) hispanic guy who I think asst. managed. Now he was a jerk. I cleaned for 3 days all day and that place was immaculate and he found fault in every room and stole 1/2 my deposit. Up until my move out date, things were pretty much gravy. Mellow atmosphere, reasonably fast response on repairs. One repair took a bit, but i think it was due to lack of a part. Noise was fine, if people got a bit too loud, usually asking nicely would do the trick, otherwise security could ask them to quiet down. Compared to most IV, this place was a graveyard, noise wise. No rodent or bug issues. Stayed 2 full years, but moved cause I wanted to have my own place. If they'd offered 1 bedrooms, I would've stayed. Was on 2nd floor, never heard neighbors really (thru walls or thru ceilings/floors). Had night security at the time, which I liked. Gated and locked at night, never had break-in issues with car/apt. Felt pretty safe. LOTS of storage space in rooms & hallway by bathrooms. Built-in desks & bookcases in bedrooms and living room was nice & convenient space wise. Overall great value for your money.
