After waiting a month to sign the lease, we were kicked out of our apartment and given no reason by management other than "invest west has the authority to terminate anyone's tenancy for any reason with 30 days notice." There were no writeups, violations or complaints about our apartment. We were clean, respectful, and honest and paid rent on time. But right after the lease was signed, we were served notice to vacate. It's not worth turning your life upside down with the hassle and cost of moving...if you don't have that much stuff and you only need a place short term, it's not a bad option. But otherwise, find somewhere else that won't kick you out!
