Nice place but expensive

We lived at Pacific Oaks for 2 years.
It was one of the best apartments around.
Overall, the place was clean and had quiet neighbors.
They are in the process of updating kitchens, replacing carpets and replacing washer and dryers in laundry rooms.
It is close to shopping and other ammenities.
There are only a few things I would consider problems...
1.
The management changes frequently.
But always friendly.
2.
The road noise can be loud if you live on the Hollister Road side of the complex.
3.
The airport is close by and sometimes the planes can extremely loud.
(Commercial and private jets)
4.
The rent is extremely high.
One of the highest rents in the Santa Barbara area.
Many college students share rooms here, up to four students per apartment.
Even though there a lot of students they do not cause problems or noise other than create a parking shortage.
