A decent apartment. Bit cheaper than other complexes.

These apartments are nothing to jump for, but they're decent if you just need a steady, simple place. The rent is a bit lower than living in some of the nicer complexes like Patterson, but it's also not as nice.

Like I said, decent for a decent price, but if you have time keep searching and use this as a backup.
