Excelen location and family friendly, rent kind of high but it is worth it.

Sesame tree is a good place for families with children all ages, the location is excellent, with easy access to bus stops, golf courses, Dos pueblos High school, beach, UCSB, shops, restaurants,movies, gas station, day care facilities, freeway and industrial parks.Isla Vista school benefits from UCSB programs. Managers are good honest people unless people cause trouble, managers have to take action. What is wrong with that'
oh and I love the laundry hooks in the town homes, very convenient. I just hope the keep rent affordable.
