Best Place in IV to Live From: Starnexus Date posted: 1/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived here my senior year and it was great. My neighbors were great and I highly enjoyed talking to the manager and even the assistant. It is well kept up and Felipe does a great job of keeping the IV party scene OUT of studio plaza. I loved how it was far enough from the party scene that I could get some sleep and focus but close enough to where I could easily get there when I needed to. They totally upgraded my apartment. Added a garden tub and new bathroom fixtures. I saw one roach my entire time living there which isn't bad for IV. Now that I live in a more affordable area and have a real job I can't believe I lived in such a cracker box with one window but for a single male college student it was great. This is truly as good as it gets in IV
