Ok, people write bad reviews of this place for one reason. The manager is strict. He's nice, fair, but strict. The service people are super nice and get the job done. The rooms have a divider, the kitchen is a little small, and there's only one window, but you cant find better in IV without paying rediculous amounts of money. The rent for these studios is only a hundred or so dollars more than what youd pay to SHARE a room, any single room in IV usually fetches $1400. Felipe keeps it super quiet, which is amazing. The one catch: Halloween is a big party scene for IV, and felipe keeps out all the havoc by not allowing guests during that week. My birthday is on halloween, which is the reason Im moving out, but considering that at other places Ive seen doors kicked in and people beaten inside their own homes, I appreciate the gaurds felipe hires to partol the complex. Summary: It's got some rules, but otherwise Sudio Plaza Appartments is the safest, quietest, most economical place to live in IV, without having to share a room.

I don't think he does his job well, my microwave was broken, it took him about 3 months to get it replaced. Everytime I asked him about it, he replied "next week". It is quiet except he took part of the backyard for his own BBQ.
