The owners also live in this complex and they noticeably have a much higher quality unit compared to other units that are "maintained" as cheaply as possible. One would think that a complex would look much better when the landlords actually live and walk through the place everyday. I had problem with a leaking roof for numerous months and the landlord was slow to fix this. I also had problems with ants, roaches, and mice. I should have known something was wrong when the manager refused to let me see the unit I was going to move into. They only showed me another unit which I guess they used as the model. When I moved in I noticed weather damaged on the ceiling from previous rain leaks so I should've known better. What bothered me the most were the landlords who were dishonest when I attempted to deal with the problems and only cared about money. They offered me to move to remodeled unit but at a much higher price, of course. Why should i need to pay more for an apartment without a leaking roof''' There is a manager there but she was pretty much useless since she is more worried about angering her landlords. The apartment complex was kinda quiet though. They restricted the apartments to two people so there werent many kids.
