I saw an ad for this site and thought I would check it out, I was shocked to see the apartment building I live in was actually on it, but even more to see the horrible ratings it has been getting. This is my second year living in this building and I love it. The rent is affordable and it is very quiet and clean. The maintenance staff is awesome and always take care of my requests quickly. I have not experienced any problems with roaches, yuck, luckily but I know they offer a monthly service free of charge if you need it. Anyway I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, it really is worth taking a look at. They have definitely made my college experience great.
