Well, I don't know about other units in this building, but our unit, has roaches and termites. They sprayed some stuff on for the roaches, but we still see some once in a while. The termites were falling from the ceiling in the bedroom. And this was all within the first day to the first month of living here, so it wasn't that we were unclean and attracted the roaches. It is quiet...somewhat. And it includes all utilities.
