I've been living here since the beginning of July of '04 and I love it here. The management is really nice as well as the maintenance staff. The management is runned by a young couple who understands the need of their tenants especially their college age tenants. This is my second year as a tenant with this management however residing in Tahitian for the first time. Yes, when I moved in, there was a little roach problem which was probably due to the previous tenants living habits. I told the management about it and they quickly took care of it. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any problem in the apartment that need to be fixed. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
