Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1994
This was my first apartment complex in IV. It was many moons ago, but judging from the comments here, it's the same place! Actually, I lived here twice, in 90 and '94. The first time it was quite nice, just a few roaches at first that never reappeared. But on my second tour here, what a dump! Roach infested. Clogged plumbing. Dumpy furnishings, rugs etc. The management was pathetic. Overall, a typical IV dump. Quiet though.
