Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The landlords in this apartment complex are hands down the best I have had during my 5 years at UCSB. They responded immediately to every call or concern I had - they were wonderful. All utilities included which is nice. Other than that nothing special. i had no roach problems but a small problem with ants and bees but both were taken care of the same day in which i made the call. i'd say it's better than n most in IV.
