Unreliable management, infested w/ rodents

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I did not enjoy living here because 1) manager lady is rude and unreliable, 2) it is always humid and when i open the windows, lizards, frogs, moths, flies, and beetles have gotten into my apt. 3) in the winter, it is freezing cold here 4) it is way too far from campus and 5) the rent was raised w/o reasonable explanation as to why.
