I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if its legal to close the swimming pool for the summer' I have just moved in and i have been informed that the pool is closed due to noise, is this allowed' Because in my rent i have paid for a pool and a gym, and there is neither!
Also about the deposit, i understand fropom readinjg this that the change of me getting it back is very unlikely, is there anything i can do in advance to make sure i get it back when my lease is up' I was not even given a reciept wen i paid. thanks

Look up "County of Santa Barbara District Attorney" ...go to the webpage that deal with Consumer Protection disputes. Write a formal complaint. And then get someone else to do the same thing. If you don't do anything, nothing will change.
