The new Tahitian has great apartments. I moved in to a completely remodeled and nice apartment in September. It had been nothing wrong with it. The property is nice and clean, especially is the pool area perfect for relaxing and barbequing. The location is perfect for studying at UCSB close to campus, grocery stores and the beach with surf waves. The management has been very helpful with every question that I've had.
