Entire complex was remodeled when I moved in last fall, the apartment is fresh and shiny, and the bathroom holds a standard above rest of IV. The complex is nice and clean with a large pool area and BBQ place, lounge and fitness area. The pool area is perhaps the best part of the complex, it is inviting and a nice place to chill. Around the pool itself is a large flat area with seating arrangements, all surrounded by palm trees. When it comes to noise and disturbances, this place is very nice compared to the rest of IV. It really helps to have a manager on site who is helpful and honest about her job! Furthermore, the New Tahitian has in total been a great living experience for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else!
