Yea, well if you're planning on living here, it should be obvious by now you shouldn't. Not only is the general consensus about this place either really good (the management writing their own reviews) or their really bad (the victims who actually lived here). It's funny to me that they wouldn't make it a little less obvious with their "amazing" reviews making the place seem like a 5 star hotel. (even lenient tenants would give anything in isla vista a 3 or a 4). But don't, please don't stay here. I'm a disgruntled old tenant and am giving you a chance to rethink your decision to signing any kind of lease here. There are plenty of other properties that are managed by legitimate and fair people. These people for lack of a better word are crooks and will at any moment try to take your money. The only thing good about this place is well...nothing really. The size of the rooms are average for the price but the main problem is the management. So in conclusion, if you are a college student fighting through this economy, heed this message and don't make the same mistake I have. C'mon, only an angry, mistreated tenant would put out this much time to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. If this is your only option well...don't say I didn't tell you so...
