Westwinds is OK Not in the noisier section of IV, although if you have a northern unit, you'll be right over heavily trafficked El Colegio Street. It's basicly a nice 2-story complex, with all apartments facing inwards to the pool. Easy biking distance to campus and IV center

2nd to the "Liars" review!! I will second the "Liars" remarks! The "new" Tahitian, what a joke more like the cover up the trash with some cheap paint Tahitian.
This place is a joke and you would be a FOOL to give them any money of yours. Dont move here you will regret it

Outstanding place The New Tahitian Apartments had just been totally renovated when I moved in last year and I am very happy with how nice it is around here. Nice and clean pool area. Nice fitness room and a big, beautiful lounge which should be used more often. Helping staff who responds

Great apartment The new Tahitian has great apartments. I moved in to a completely remodeled and nice apartment in September. It had been nothing wrong with it. The property is nice and clean, especially is the pool area perfect for relaxing and barbequing. The location is perfect for studying

Just moved out after living there for 3 years. Beautifully remodeled building, great pool and fitness center, good management and quick turn around with the one maintenance request I had last year. Very quiet building away from the craziness of IV central. I would highly recommend it.
