This was my first apartment when i moved out, and i thought i was lucky for finding a good price for living in GT. There is no lease and i found out why. First the manager lives on site so he watches everything you do. He would walk into my apartment whenever if my door was unlooked. That only happened once, and never left my door unlocked again. When i wasn't home he would make up excuses for going into my apartment when i wasn't there, like wanting to check the heater in the summer and was curious how my water pressure was.
One of the neighbors was really creepy so i looked the guy up and he was a registered child molester. I told the landlord and he knew. He let a child sex offender live there but off the radar. The guy was registered at a different address and the manager didn't care. The manager also let this guy teach a karate class for kids in the courtyard.

If you are looking to live here, DON'T. Aside from living with a child molester a few feet away, someone will be in the apartment snooping when you are not.
