The walls are soooo thin I could hear my downstairs nighbors doing it for a half hour every morning at 5am. We could smell whatever our neighbors were cooking. Parking is really bad, a lot of people take up 2 spaces and there aren't that many spaces to begin with. Lots of crime, had my car broken into and my garage broken into on separate occasions, the police said it happens all the time there, and the "courtesy patrol" was mad I had even called them to come help look for the guy who broke into our garage when we saw him running away. Lots of loud neighbors.
