They have gone down hill since the Jan 1. the property is crap. They sent me a renewal for 100.00 increase to renew and recieve a discount. I don't see no discount. The only discount I've seen is new face's in the office. The manager is not there. Candice is running the show with some new girl has the assistant manager (what's that about). The people who were there that listen to me for the most part are gone and that really sucks. parking sucks, the residents don't give a ---- about the property. there is alot of crime that goes on here and no one in the office tells you that. They have stolen lots and lots of cars in here. I have spoke with the police department. They told me that this is the biggest place for car's to be stolen. They also have sex offender's living on the property. so not only do you have to lock up you car's but you have to keep your children in the homes locked up. This is no place to want to come home. and there is no California living here. Trust me when I say don't live here at the Highlands
Your better at the Crest or Mt. Vernon View.
Also, the amount of money that you pay to live here you would think that they would as least put new carpet and make it look worth the money. The Maintance is never done correctly. It takes 2 weeks to get something done and when they do it it's all ----ed up and you have get them back out here and that takes additional 2 weeks before someone does it right. Don't live here it's crap.
