I lived at this complex for four years. Every time it rained the stairs and entry area around my ground floor apt flooded, yet management refused to do anything. I tripped and fell on very uneven sidewalk outside my apt and broke two bones in my foot. Again management refused to do anything about the sidewalk problem. Walls were so thin we could hear our neighbor upstairs urinating in her toilet, let alone flushing. Parking was not a problem during the time I was there. Maintenance was pretty good although a bit slow. Office staff were very good about taking work orders and getting concerns met.
