I've lived here for 6 years and used to LOVE it: beautiful grounds, friendly staff, quiet, gated, security, lots of parking, one year they didn't even raise my rent, and another time I won 50% my next months rent! My next lease was increased by only $30.

In the past year or so things have really changed. I don't know if it's management turnover or they aren't doing credit checks or what, but there are some shady people living here now along with other problems. The gate hasn't worked in ages, the security that years ago stood at the gate is gone, there's trash and dog poo around, kids running around with fake guns, the fitness equipment is broken, the laundry room is never open when it's supposed to be, and recently I've seen some Skinheads walking around.

My dishwasher hasn't worked for 6 months and I gave up trying to call them.
They were quick in fixing broken walkway lights, and ridding of a hornet's nest on my balcony.

The only problem I don't have is with parking. The garage is perfect too. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Did you know you have rights as a renter? You should look into it and see if you have any retaliation against things like the dishwasher. If it's a built in appliance they have 30 days to fix it or you can withold rent.
