NOT A HOME!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   If you want a place to live where you feel at home, The Highlands Apartments are not the place!!! The managment staff does not address any concerns other than on time rent payments. The only thing that happens in a timely matter is rent. If you are late on your rent you will know right away, but if you have a maintenence emergency you are screwed. You better know how to fix it yourself because the managment wont help you!!! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
