Figured i would give all of you prospective residents a great big heads up... Stay away from this place. Much like the other reviewers, I was sucked in by the beautiful landscaping and "friendly" staff. This management company consists of liars and cheats. Following are a few of the more serious issues I have experienced:

a.)OVERRUN with spiders and bugs.
Took 6 months, at least 1 call a weeek to the office, numerous bites, 2 trips to the dr's for illness, 1 dead pet and 1 sick pet for them to get an exterminator out to spray. Recently have begun to find mouse droppings.

b.) Maint issues are NEVER repaired.
I have had some of the same maint problems since day one... Broken locks, broken screen doors, leaky facets, carpet rips and lifting, apartment supplied appliances broken. The office occasionally sends someone up to "fix" the problem however it's always the same responses: We JUST ran out of that part/ it's on order Or the person who fixes this is on break/ vacation/ lunch/ off today. The only problem I have ever been able to get fixed was a backed up toilet (and that took SEVEN DAYS... do you have any idea how bad a bowl FULL of waste smells after SEVEN DAYS')it wasn't a "priority" since we have a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath.

c.) SECURITY...''' What a JOKE!!!
During our tour the management company extolled the "Safe, secure enviroment" pointing out the massive electronic entrance gates and bragging about the 24 hour patrols done by a professional security company. WHAT A CROCK OF CRAP!!! Their own model home has been broken into and completely stripped bare (Great security right... The thief took off with a BED, COUCH and LOVESEAT, dining room TABLE and CHAIRS, entertainment ARMOIRE etc)as well as(according to a local cop) 4 apartments in one week (talked to the cop on 4/5/7 he said this happens CONSTANTLY). I have seen MANY cars broken into (Mine included) and vandalized (egged, keyed, stuff pured on them).

d.) Parking is a JOKE
When I took the tour I was shown a covered parking spot located just steps away from my apartment and told that this would be my space. After moving in, the space that I was given was located at the BACK of the complex, a considerable distance away from my apartment. The car is so far away that I couldn't hear the alarm going off the three times my car was broken into.

e.) Lazy, Uncaring, unprofessional, vindictive, lying employees
These people don't care about anything EXCEPT getting money. They lie to get you in and then blow you off and treat you like crap when you have a problem. Earlier this month I was in the office paying rent and askign why the gates to my "GATED" community aren't ever closed anymore when I overheard a woman complaining that her car was being vandalized, the managers repsonse was pretty much "sucks to be you, thats not our problem, we have no control over things like that and someone obviously hates you". I thought that they way these people were behaving was out of line, insensitive and rude. I also (same visit) heard another tenant begging one of the rental agents to fix her broken hot water heater. The tenant said it had been broken for quite some time, the pilot light wouldn't stay lit for longer than 20 minutes and the she was getting sick of having to get up early to light the pilot light just to take a slightly better than cold shower. The employees response was that they had checked out the water heater and couldn't find anything wrong with it. I know you are probably wondering why I stayed so long' Other than it will cost me alot to break the lease, when I went in to deliver my 30 day notice to quit I was told the place was under new management. The manager came out sat down with me and discussed and addressed all of my issues. Unfortunately I resigned. Literally 3 days after I signed, all attempts to deal with my problems ceased and my phone calls were no longer responded to.

i understand that apartment complexes are prone to some issues such as vandalism and breakins but this place is just out of control. Please don't do as i did and rent thinking "It won't happen to me"... It will.
