First off we went to look at the apts. that were going to be coming available.
We were told that the apt. that the people the lived in the apt. we were interested in where going to move out 3/31/07 and that the apt. would be available on 4/7/07. So with that in mind me and my husband decided to sign an agreement to give them a holding deposit. The agreement stating that we would sign a lease and move in no later than 4/21/07. Which they said would give them enough time to have the apt. ready they also stated that we may possibly be able to move in sooner if it was ready sooner and also that they would see us on 4/7/07. The couple of weeks passed and it finally came to the 7th and I called them in the morning, Only to be told by there office staff that the people that lived there where now not going to move out untill the 14th two weeks later than what they told me!!!! And on top of that they wern't even professional enough to call me and let me know so I could figure out other arangments.

After all of this they had to change my move in date to the 28th I was at this point very annoyed yet still willing to work with them. untill I read all of the comments on this site. I brought up some of the issues to the office staff and got multiply repleys some said yes there was brake ins some said there whern't, they all contradict each other and nobody can give you a strait answer. Anyway it I finaly got them to show me the apt. On 4/21/07 what was supposed to be my original move in date.

We walked in and the entire apt. ReeKed like Cat PEE !!!!!! It was so over welming and discusting I no longer could even try to make the best of it. When I when back to the office with them I again asked if they would be replacing the carpet and they said no because it was fairly new. What is that supposed to mean it Reeked like pee!!!!!! They said that they where going to still have it cleaned but it was on the walls to . It was just to sick for me to live in . And when I brought this to there attention they just looked at me puzzled ( Mabe their noses don't work right because it stunk). Anyway I'm Very Glad we din't get into a lease there it seems that they care more about the grass that the liveing space. Good luck if you try renting there and best wishes . It seemed to be onre big pain in the but to me!!!!
