I just wanted to say that I moved here in late September and I choose to take an upgraded apartment. I dealt with David who was very helpful and courteous. We really like our apartment. We feel like we moved into a brand new home.
After moving in I found a few small items that needed to be repaired. I called the office and the "new" manager, Alicia personally took my call. She told me that in the past work orders have been a challenge, but she wanted to personally assure good service and gave me permission to call her directly. She even gave me her email contact information in the event someone was to "drop the ball".
If I had seen the comments on this website prior to my move in, we probably would not have rented here. I am glad we didn't see it.
It took about two days or so, and a really nice man named Guerllmo came to fix a few minor things. He asked if we needed anything else and thanked us for our patience. Then to my surprise, Alicia called me back to see if everything was done in my apartment. WoW!
Anyway, my suggestion to those who have had poor service would be to contact her, she seems to care.
The one poor comment I agree with is that when I came to pay my rent the first time, a blonde women sat at her desk and just pointed me to a drop box in the front. It was the only time I felt brushed off. It made her seem lazy.
