BAD service, and will charge extra hidden fees on moving out.

I lived there for 2 years. The staff were never helpful, as there was a lot of turnover and they never seemed to know what they were doing. I asked for the lightbulbs on the lamps in front of my apt building to be replaced, and it took 3 weeks. It was pitch dark throughout this time. I reminded them 2-3 times. I felt very unsafe.
Also, on moving out, I spent an entire weekend cleaning my apt to receive my deposit back, but was charged $120 for cleaning, $40 for carpet, and $60 for repainting, which is arbitrary, being that I will not benefit from any of it. These should all be maintenance fees or absorbed by the rent, not out of a deposit.
Generally, it's quiet, but other residents roll through with loud music and bass at all hours of the day and night. There was a few times at 3 to 5 am that people were honking outside my apt. The management seemed unconcerned.
