We have lived here for almost a year and we had our car broken into, the same car stolen a month later, and our other car towed from our carport for being a month behind on our registration. When I called to talk to the management and explain that I sent in the registration payment and was waiting for my tags. They said I could have a few weeks and a few days later, my car was gone. Thanks, liars!!

The gates have not worked since we lived here so the offer no protection, they are there just for looks apparently. However, when you move in they make you buy remotes for the gate at $25 a piece, but I haven't used them once. Our neighbors are nice but the walls are so thin that when they play their music, you can feel it through the floors and walls. Also, you can hear when your neighbor is using the bathroom and shower. It's not the worst place in the world, but if I knew then what I know now, we would have found a better place. Don't do it!!

Generally, I agree. I have been there through three changes of office staff. I stay because they offer two things I need: a washer/dryer and my dog. The farther away from leasing office the less they care about ground keeping. Gates have not worked since forever and area is less than safe. I have personally witnessed three arrests and caught someone looking through my windows. Security personnel is a joke. As housing market changes, so will I. ...waiting for the right deal on the right house... till then I stay.
