I have been a resident here for 2 years and I absolutely LOVE it!!! After reading some of these reviews I feel that I am obligated to write something. It is very easy for an upset person to get on here and write about a bad experience but how many people get on here and write about a positive experience' Probably none! Which is why I'm writing. I am going to give the Highlands a very HIGH recomendation! Although I have been through different members of management, they have all treated me in a very professional manner and have always resolved my issues in more than a timely manner. The Highlands is an absolutely georgeous apartment complex and I encourage anyone to drive through it and see for your self. Please just remember for every bad experience there is a positive experience they just don't always get reported. So Go Highlands and keep up your great work!!!

I completly agree with who ever wrote this last comment, I was just in there with my daughter this morning and I saw a two bedroom and it was so nice. I especially love the landscaping it is so pretty, and my daughter loved the playground, as far as what I think anyone who has had a bad experience shouldnt be saying bad stuff for the next person to see. Its not fair for us who want to get an apartment here and see what people write because they had a bad day! well im still planning on moving to the highlands. Everyone just go and experience them for yourself and stop bitching.

the person who did the response above you and no room to talk you just went to look you don't live there and you do you think they would show you a dumpy appartment who would rent then you make no sense there is one more issue maybe you guy just have low standerd and like trashy places but for us that don't we write out reviews we base them of FACT plain and simple. The Highland is not a good place to live. and Manage ment is worthless. of baybe these review are done by staff mambers of the Highlands!!

MR. anonymous or should i say Ms. I think you are right, ive been here in the highlands for 2 weeks now. i have problems with our 2 sinks dirty restrooms when we move in problem with the gate remote. I called up and also went to the office 3 to 4 x already to address the issue and still nothing is being done with the problems.

Management of the highlands logs on to this site and writes their own positive reviews... I HAVE PERSONALLY WALKED IN ON THEM DOING SO!!! Beware of this place... looks, as well as the management staff, are deceiving.

The first responding reviewer here claims that the Highlands are "so nice." This, after she merely took the tour. Lady, do you think ANY of us would have moved in here if we didn't think it looked "nice"? That's how they suckered everyone is. Ooo, the lovely landscaping. Ahhh, the neat model apartment. It wasn't until we'd all moved IN that we experienced all the problems. P.S. We lived there for nearly a year. This isn't a "bad day" review; it's a "bad months" review.

Wow I was almost ready to give these people my money. My friend lives in the BB section I have stayed with her about 2 weeks. I have seen the problems for myself. My friends Washer is broking it makes a loud noise in Spin. The people below just gave up and bought themselves a new one. The kitchen counters were retouched by amatures. The staff members were nice when I requested info but I believe they do receive a commision so after the sell its not up to them about the problems the Corporation aspect makes it harder to get things done. Thats business! The play yard has wood chips as sand and it cut my sons face when he fell off the slide. Also while playing one of the children in the complex found a dead long yellow and black snake on the road right outside the clubhouse. The grounds are always neat and the pools clean. It is very famaily orintated. I would not advise people who dont like kid noises like baby crying and MAYBE KIDS LIVING ABOVE. Not for single people.
