I moved in 11/07 and so far there have been outside lights out that take forever to replace. However I had two serious maintenance concerns that were fixed right away. Kudos to the maintenance staff. For the most part they and the office staff have always been fairly helpful. The biggest problem is the sound insulation. My neighbor has a kid upstairs who RUNS everywhere!!!! I asked management once to speak to them, but werent much help! It's kind of expected in apartments so I havent pushed the issue too much. Other than small noise and light issues and the constantly broken gate, it's been fairly decent.
