I have lived at the Highlands for a few months now and at first we had some issues with one of the maintenance people not completing things properly but when I spoke to the staff regarding this they were very nice and helpful and they had everything fixed right away by a different person. The staff they have now are very helpful and so far have taken care of every need or concern we have had. For the most part it is pretty quiet the only problems with noise we have had is people in cars with loud bass, but our neighbors are very nice and quiet and always willing to lend a hand if you need one and vice versa. We so far have not had any major problems and are quite happy living there. There is always some place to park not too far from our apt. I would recommend it to my friends.
