Since I've lived here, the gates are always left open, meaning the gate are broken. What the use of having a gate opener when the damn gate never close. Maintenance personnel take several weeks to response to work orders. The office always tell you their always behind. We called to have our garage light replaced, after 3 times of complaining, the light was never replaced. The drawers in the units are so old, they eventually break off the hinge. We had a leak in our laundry room in the ceiling, it took them weeks to fix it. When the worked on the garage door, we had to bring up our storage items to ensure they wouldn't be stolen. They said they weren't liable if things were missing. And to top it all off, my car was stolen!!!! They say there's night watch security but what the heck happened to my car! Its those damn gates that never close! The neighbours are extremely loud! They either play loud music or are having loud sex! People have sex in the Jacuzzi, disgusting. People who have pets, never pick up their poop. They just let them crap everywhere even though there are places designated for pets to do their business. So, if you're looking for an apartment, I strongly do not recommend this complex. It may appear to look nice but it's not worth the rent. Also, they do forewarn you if they shut off the water when they need to fix something, if you're in the shower when it happens, you're basically SOL!
