This place is actually called The Crest, not Terrace Mesa.

I've lived here for the past two years and it has steadily gotten worse. I would not recommend this place at all. My car has been towed not once, but twice. First time, I had a valid parking permit on my car and the manager reported my car as "abandoned", saying that I never drove it and other people needed parking spaces. Second time they could not see my permit on my car, so despite the fact management had my license plate number and my car was parked in view of my window, they just decided they would wait an hour for a tow truck rather than make a one minute trip to my apartment to inform me my sticker wasn't showing. That's great customer service if you ask me. I have never paid my rent late, caused problems or anything and this is the service I got.

Water is constantly being turned off. Back in Feb/Mar, I was getting a notice on my door two to three times a week that water was going to be shut off so they could make repairs. Furthermore, there are a gazillion cockroaches in these units. I am extremely clean and neat, wrap up all my food, and my kitchen and bathroom are swarming with them. Its disgusting and a health hazard. There are mice living in the walls between the units, which was made apparent when maintenance had to fix my downstairs neighbors piping by coming into my apartment and I saw a mouse running across my floor.

The good points are the grounds are kept up well, sometimes too well. You'll hear the lawn mowers in the morning. Most of my neighbors are relatively quiet although there seems to be an abundance of kids nowadays that think its okay to run you over with their skateboards. I live in an upstairs unit so I don't know what noise is like below, but I haven't really heard any noise coming in through the walls. They do give you a garage which is nice and the city is relatively safe, although as I mentioned before, my car was stolen despite being a gated apt complex.

Overall, the stress and financial loss I have endured from having my car stolen and towed numerous times, and dealing with the cockroaches makes me give this place an absolute zero recommendation. I shouldn't have to worry about my car day and night when I'm paying $900 to be here and paying management's salary. Don't bite the hand that feeds you, I'm out of here.
