I've lived here for over a year. The place is not a big complex, but the apartments are a decent size for a good price. It is quiet and clean. The neighbors are all friendly. And I definitely feel safe here.

My complaint is about the management staff. The apartment manager, Betty, is the rudest person I know. They are nice enough when they get you to sign, but I've had horrible experiences with her. I've spoken to other tenants as well and all of them only have a dislike for her regarding the complex.

I had an unknown car parked in my garage for over 36 hours. I notified Betty every 2 hours for a full day. She sat idly by and did nothing. She kept sending me to check and recheck the car to make sure it wasn't permitted. She kept telling me to ask my neighbors. She then kept saying she already called the tow company. After 36 hours of nothing, the car left. Then she finally told me I should've called the tow company myself. What am I paying rent for a garage space for then'

I've been having a leak in the kitchen faucet ever since I moved in. Twice they have fixed it by just tightening it. This last time, I informed Betty about the leak. A week rolls by with no fix. I inform her again. Two weeks roll by with no fix. And then I tell her again in person and over the phone. It has been over a month and there is no fix. It started as just a little water leak and now it's leaking underneath to the kitchen floor as well. I'm still waiting for it to be fixed.

Overall, I would recommend this place to others if it wasn't for the management staff. The owner of this complex needs to hire someone adept and competent. Betty and her staff are lazy morons who don't really take care of this place at all. In fact, Betty lives in the apartment unit right behind the office. I've seen her walk to her garage, get in her car, drive all the way around the complex, to park in front of the office. How lazy can one person be' If a manager cannot walk 100 feet to work, how can anyone expect anything to get done and fixed around here'
