Highlands Apartments 28% Recommended Mar 12 2008: I moved in 11/07 and so far there have been outside lights out that take forever to replace. However I had two serious maintenance concerns that were fixed right away. Kudos to the maintenance staff. Shauna Helmers has an ABRASIVE personality to say the least. Please don't trust these liars. They tell you what you want to hear until that lease is signed. We even referred a friend (which they never payed us for) after a while they changed mangement and gave us an eviction notice for a small white trash can on Terrace Mesa Garden Apartments 67% Recommended Feb 11 2008: THESE APARTMENTS ARE IN DISREPAIR! THEY LOOK SORT OF OK AND WHEN YOU TAKE THE TOUR OF THE NICE APARTMENT, YOU THINK IT'S REALLY NICE. BUT, THE APARTMENT YOU RENT MAY NOT LOOK THE SAME AS WHAT YOU'VE BEEN SHOWN. |
