| Talk about invasive! The apartments are okay for subsidized. The grounds are kept up...but management is aweful...Irene is an absolute -----! I would NOT recommend Grass Valley Terrace apartments or Valley View just because Irene manages both places...she is terrible...a ... more | ||||||||||||
