Love it here too! I have moved around this local area trying to find a decent place.
This has everything I want. It *feels good* to live here.
The manager is very nice and the management is competent.
I'd have to say though that maintenance could improve some, but it's good enough.

Talk about invasive! The apartments are okay for subsidized. The grounds are kept up...but management is aweful...Irene is an absolute -----! I would NOT recommend Grass Valley Terrace apartments or Valley View just because Irene manages both places...she is terrible...a nightmare to ALL!
