Nice quiet place, a little cookie-cutter but comfortable

Lived here for almost two years and thought it was a good place. Very quiet, good service when anything broke (plumber arrived within 3 hours of my clogging the kitchen sink!), nice folks at the rental office who were businesslike and pleasant. Carpet, curtains, etc. were spotless when we moved in, kitchen and bathroom were in fantastic like-new shape and with good stove, shower, water heater, etc. Heat was adequate and walls and windows seemed relatively well insulated. The balcony was a nice feature - big enough for a grill and about 6 chairs among friends, and the big window on the living room gave good light despite looking almost due north. Big big walk-in closet (hooray!). Laundry room was often crowded during peak hours, and parking could get scarce on weekend nights, but both of these just took planning - I never had to wait more than a few hours to do laundry or walk more than 5 cars away from the actual building's driveway. No-pet policy is eventually why we moved (wanted to get a dog). Not a huge amount of character, but comfortable, safe, and well-planned. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
