The Office Management has changed personnel more times than imaginable. Most office staff leave due to poor management by Property Manager. Maintenance issues take forever to resolve and you need to make multiple calls to the office to find out status. Gates are often inop, and there is ZERO Security here regardless of what you are told. The rent is increased EVERY 6 months, but the service stays the same. The on-site gym has old inadequate and dangerous equipment. The office staff enforces rules as they feel like it, and they are not fair across the board...poor attitudes resonate. We do NOT recommend this community, and they definitely take advantage of the Military here. STAY AWAY for your own sake! You can buy a house for what you pay in rent here!!!
