I can't believe my eyes that ppl would actually write good reviews for this place! It is really a mess on all levels: the grounds a mostly that awful fake rock stuff and dirt. The lakes and streams are DISGUSTING, if you live at the end of one of the streams, a ton of trash piles up and sits in the bright green water. Even the fountians they have on from 10am - 5pm are a pain because if you have a window open, all you hear is rushing water all day. The "play areas" they have for kid are broken down and unusable -- seriously, all the swings are gone! The parking is a nightmare and the units themselves are a mess. They haven't been updated for years -- the carpet is awful, the stoves are falling apart and don't get my started on the condition of the cabinets. They are warped and awful. I swear they don't replace ANYTHING when ppl move out. They just clean the same old awful, stained carpet when new ppl move in.

Lastly, they lump all of your deposits together so they can take it all when you move out. They require a "deposit" on the gate remotes, which you would think you get back when you return the remotes, right' Wrong. They lump that into the cleaning deposit -- so basically, they charged us $110 for three gate remotes and we only got back $71 TOTALY (cleaning deposit and remote deposits). So, basically, we paid them $39 to use their stupid remotes. SO LAME.

This place is a mess, the staff is rude and talks down to you like you're a child if you question them, and don't return your calls. To be fair, the maintainance guy there was great, he always returned calls.

Don't do it people -- there are other places to live in Hanford!
