At first it was a dream come true! Then the spring rains came, and my apartment (and several others) got flooded. Amazingly, there is only ONE company on site to repair/maintain water damage. So, for over a weekend, and three days into the week, my family is walking around the wet floor, doing our best to dry it up. Before the weekend was out, you could already smell mold. Several attempts at talking with the office staff told me that nothing could be done until it was "my turn" for service.
This is only one nightmare I've endured.
I'm saving the pennies left over from the rent in hopes of someday buying a house, or even a cheaper apartment!
There are better places to live people!!!
