Before moving in I was pretty satisfied with my choice. Once my furniture arrived and I started to put my pots and pans away, I quickly realized that the cabinetry was out-dated and useless. There are some cabinets that are totally useless! I can't even fit my hand in one of them. It is utterly ridiculous.

I had lived in the apt for 3 yrs (out of convenience - I am in the military and usually gone) and recently moved out. For 3 years I have had the same dish washer fixed, at least, 8 times. I have requested a new one - with no avail. I still had the same dishwasher I had 3 years ago, when I moved out. Whenever I did use it I kept the mop handy so that I can clean up the leaks.

As for the "GYM", God forbid you get up early to run on the treadmill before going to work__ you will find the gym "CLOSED". Why do you ask? Because the gym only opens and closes, yes closes, when the office staff comes in and leaves for the day! This I find to be false advertising. One of the main reasons I picked Edge Water Isle was because of the convenience of the GYM.

As for the neighbors, expect to hear their music, animals and footsteps (especially if you live on the 1st floor). When they flush, shower or sometimes have nookie, you hear it! Walls are paper thin and the windows are even thinner. I never felt safe. The door fixtures are ancient. While I was out to sea, I had two notices on my door claiming that I had the music on to loud. The notice also threatened to evict me. Remember, I was out to sea. I called to ask about the notices and was told to produce proof which I did. But the staff was so quick to judge rude. I decided to get the hell out of that place.

This apartment complex is focused, primarily on getting the most money out of their renters and has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Just signing their lease gives you an insight on the management. It is almost as thick as signing papers for a new home!!!!! Find another place I still can't believe that I lived there as long as I did.

This review is so right-on. I can't believe I lived there as long as I did either. I really think they rely on the military ppl who don't have alot of other choices.

I am sure many other people feel this way and hope new renters read these reviews before even looking at the apartment complex!
