I moved in Edgewater about two years ago, I live in a two bedroom two bath with a garage, washer/dryer hookups and a very spacious kitchen. I enjoy living here if I call the office for a work order It gets done right away. The staff is great, when you drive through the complex they wave. I feel at home. I recently renewed my lease and recived a new glass top stove. I think its great that they keep updated appliances in the apartments. They also have had resident get togethers that I have attended petting Zoo, Egg hunts, haunted houses, and even get breakfast once a month on your way to work. I have never lived anywhere that they did so much for tenents. I refered a friend and recived $350.00 off my rent. I recomend this community.
