I have lived in River Oaks for three years now and unfortunately, you can't please every one, however, I am one of the very pleased!!!!
In my three years here I have NEVER had any problems with the management or the maintenance workers, on the other hand they answer all my request in a timely manner!
River Oaks has two wonderful pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a gym.
As the saying goes "you can't please them all, especially the BITTER ones" personally I highly recommend River Oaks if you want to rent.
