The back gate for people to walk in the complex is always wide open, even though the vehicle gate is kept closed after sunset. What is the point of having a gated community if the gates are not kept closed' Maybe someone should install a self-closing mechanism on the gates, just one residents idea.
The owners of pets do not seem to clean up their pet's poop after they walk them around the complex and you tend to step in it!
The driers are not sufficient to dry the clothes and you have to keep an eye on your dryer. People tend to open the dryer door and not turn it back on. There are thieves who steal your clothes too, so make sure you stay with them.
The rent keeps increasing after every 6 month lease!
