There are problems here! The rent is to much for such a small place and they want renters insurance on new leases as of Jan. 1st 2004.

The kids play right in front of my apartment and make all kinds of noise. The back gate is alway broken and wide open. They're parties that go all night in apartments around us. Clothes get stollen from the laundry room. Maintenance will not fix the problems that exisited in the apartment before we got there.

Oh and don't bother with pets cause you have to pay a deposit and then pet rent, what is that' And the ant problem is really bad, there are RED ants the ones that bite and they are coming in from the floor and there is nothing there for them other then to bite me.

And people are parked everywhere, you can hardly park with out hitting another car. And the last thing, the staff in the rental office are some of the most heartless women I have met.
